NoFootage are live generated low tech visuals. They reach a high level of immersion through traceability. Inadequateness of material is understood as a creative chance. Every visual session is an experiment, doomed to fail from its beginning and therefore alive.
Every day materials, drawings and movements are transformed into visuals during the phases "Footage production", "Realtime Processing" and "Live Mixing". Material captured and saved during a session is constantly channeled into the production cycle. The phases idea, prodution, mix and remix shift over the time of a session from serial to parallel. NoFootage colud be called an evolving remixing process.
