A musician from his earliest childhood years, he fell for the composition of electronic music in 1996, being influenced by Pierre Boulez, Stockhousen, Brian Eno and many more. His electro-punk band Twinnie achieved international success in 2002/3. At the same time, he was working on two modern dance operas with DJ 3Volt that were put on shape at Volksoper / Wien and venues. Sebastian Schlachter has been responsible for the acoustic layout of FM4 since 1998 and has been directing content and sound of La Boum De Luxe, FM4‘s weekly program dealing with club culture and music.
