Violetta Parisini tells tales, long and short ones, and especially long ones in short ones. She sometimes even joins in with her microphone.
She discovered the turntable as an instrument in 2001 – and not only as an instrument but also as the perfect company for her voice. Since then, she has been playing in Vienna, Berlin, Zurich, Bratislava, Munich and in many more cities – moving from ambient and minimal techno to electronica and hiphop and always improvising with the layers of sound that would perfectly fit her vocal style. Even a jazz standard now and then would fit nicely into her program.
